3. I think relational is more the Myspace/Facebook section. I know many people who rely on them for a majority of their social interaction. In that case, Esteem would be Blogs in general and specifically, Blogger or Wordpress. Self-actualization is any personal website, or mashup site like netvibes. I've never heard of PeopleJam either until now.
